01. INQUIRY
After filling out our inquiry form, we’ll respond within 48 hours (M-F) with a link to our full pricing guide and more details if we’re available for your date.
02. PHONE CALL
We’ll plan a date together via phone or in-person to get to know each other more, hear more about your wedding, discuss the pricing guide, and answer any questions you may have.
03. BOOKING
If you both feel ready after our phone call together, let us know and we will send over your contract + invoice online. A $1500 retainer fee is due upon signing of the contract in order to secure your date.
04. BEFORE THE WEDDING
We’ll plan for another phone call closer to your wedding to finalize details, and discuss your future film and music in depth.
05. THE BIG DAY
We’ll arrive at your wedding fresh and ready to go! Let’s get you married!
06. DELIVERY
Your Wedding Film will be delivered between 7-9 weeks after your wedding.

Are the wedding collections customizable?
Absolutely! We tailor every collection to meet your needs and desires. Contact us to view our full pricing guide.
Do you offer raw footage?
No. Check out our Home Video add-on for a similar feel.
How much is the retainer fee to hold my date?
We require a $1500 non-refundable retainer to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
Do you charge a travel fee?
If your wedding is more than a two hour drive from Knoxville, TN we charge a travel fee. This rate is dependent and customized based upon your location.
What is your turnaround time?
Your Wedding Film will be delivered between 7-9 weeks after your wedding.
How do you work with our photographer?
Prior to your wedding, we will connect with your photographer and ensure we are all on the same team for the big day. During the wedding, your visual photo/video team will work together to creatively capture each moment in a seamless and professional way.
