THE PROCESS
01. RESERVING YOUR DATE
Once you feel confident after our initial conversation, we’ll send over your online contract and invoice. A $1,500 retainer secures your wedding date and confirms your booking.
02. BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
We’ll schedule a follow-up call to dive into the details of your wedding day and vision for your film. During this time, we’ll also coordinate with your photographer and planner to ensure seamless coverage.
03. YOUR WEDDING DAY
We arrive prepared, energized, and ready to capture every moment. There’s no need for extra instructions—simply enjoy your day surrounded by your loved ones while we handle the memories.
04. FILM DELIVERY
Your wedding film, along with any selected add-ons, will be delivered online within 90 days of your celebration, ready to relive every moment.

After our call, we’ll be delighted to send your custom invoice and agreement for your review. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. There’s no rush in deciding on additional items—any refinements can be shared with us prior to your final payment.

Once you and your planning team have reviewed your invoice and agreement, you are welcome to submit your retainer online at your convenience.
